Join us for an in-depth group visit experience and explore all that Jewell has to offer. Take a campus tour, attend a college planning presentation and learn about life as a Cardinal by interacting with current students, professors, coaches, student life and admission staff.

Health Science Day

Sept. 22, 2026

You can learn about the many majors and programs available within the health sciences, including but not limited to nursing, pre-med, pre-vet, pre-occupational therapy and pre-physical therapy. Participants will tour our facilities and labs and meet with current Jewell students studying similar majors.

Students who bring transcripts to this event will have their file reviewed on-site for admission and scholarship eligibility and will leave with an admission decision.

Music Day

Nov. 13, 2026

Jewell's Music Day is an immersive music experience designed to give high school musicians a glimpse into life as a college music student. The day is open to any high school musician: band, choir, orchestra and keyboard. You will engage in classes and interactive sessions with Jewell’s distinguished faculty, observe rehearsals, connect with Jewell students and experience the collaborative, creative environment that defines Jewell’s music community. Whether exploring music as a potential major or simply seeking a meaningful day of musical growth, Music Day offers an inspiring look at what it means to study music at the next level. Come spend the day on The Hill!

Transfer Admission/Nursing Interview Night

Oct. 4, 2026, and March 23, 2027

Join us for a great one-stop-shop event where you will have an opportunity to learn all about Jewell's Nursing program and be interviewed for a seat in our Nursing Cohort! 

Come dressed for success! In addition to being interviewed, participants will: 

•  Tour the facilities (including a sneak peek into our Simulation Lab!) 
•  Experience a mock class 
• Talk with current William Jewell College nursing students
• Speak with an an admission representative who will talk you through next steps and answer all your questions

Transcripts can be walked-in at the beginning of the event; however, to allow time for transcript evaluation to be processed, you are encouraged to have all application materials and transcripts on file prior to the interview date. Admission decisions are contingent upon application completion and final review of all official documents by the application deadline.

Individual On-Campus Visit

During your individual visit, you will be able to see firsthand what life is like at Jewell. While on campus, you will have the opportunity to learn about how we incorporate critical thinking throughout your Jewell experience both in and out of the classroom. We will take you on campus tour to explore how we live and learn on The Hill. Finally, you can meet with an admission counselor to discuss our application process and financial aid opportunities. Transferring? We'll also map out the approximate time it will take you to graduate with a Jewell degree.
